Orders must be submitted so that publishers are separate and not mixed.

Orders can be in writing, accompanied with a cheque or bankdraft in the relevant currency as advertised on the website and made payable to the publisher or by electronic file and payment sent under separate cover.

Electronic files will not have records updated until we are in receipt of payment and that the value of the file is reconciled to the payment.

Also failure to visit the website for current rates when submitting orders/files will result in either short term orders or files being returned for corrections.
